How can i book my tests from home, without going to Pathology ?

Just go to MD Path labs website> Book test> Select date and time >choose payment mode and done.

Our executive will call you and take the time of FREE Home visit, take the sample and you will get the report on your mobile within TAT period.

 

Can I add more than one member for a test in one transaction ?

Yes, you can add more than one member for a health test. While placing your order there will be an option for you to select & edit the number of members you want the test for.

How do I know my booking is confirmed ?

You will receive an SMS with the details of your booking and your sample collection time slot on your registered mobile number immediately after you book a test. You can also check "My bookings" section in your app or on your account on web.

Can I add additional tests to the packages I booked? How do I pay for those?

Yes, you can add any additional tests you require. You can call 8400100800 or ask the phlebotomist to add these tests. You can pay the phlebotomist directly or request for an online payment link for such tests.

When will I receive my reports?

At MD Pathlabs, we try to provide you reports at the earliest possible. You can view & downlode your reports as pathology generate the same.This takes around 24-48 hours.
